I started seeing Dr. Walters in September 2024 after relocating from Florida to New York. I had an upcoming double jaw surgery in November 2024 and wanted a local orthodontist to help make my post-op journey smoother and choosing Dr. Walters was one of the best decisions I could have made.

From day one, she has been absolutely AMAZING and still is!!! She is highly professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly has the warmest, most comforting personality. Her entire staff reflects that same energy. Every single person in the office is kind, respectful, and genuinely caring, which made every visit something I actually looked forward to.

During my treatment, I experienced the heartbreaking loss of my husband. The level of compassion, patience, and support that Dr. Walters and her team showed me during that time is something I will never forget. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and uplift me in ways that meant more than I can ever express.

Now that my treatment is complete, it’s such a bittersweet moment. I’m so grateful for the care I received, but I will truly miss the warmth, the smiles, and the positive energy I was greeted with every month.
