Dr. Kelly Walters
Orthodontist
For over a decade, Dr. Walters and her staff have labored to provide their patients with the highest quality, state-of-the-art comprehensive care in a warm and welcoming environment.
A native of Dutchess County, Dr. Walters returned to the area to practice orthodontics after completing her undergraduate studies at The College of the Holy Cross and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of Connecticut. She then completed a three-year residency program specializing in orthodontics at Montefiore Medical Center. Board-certified in 2010 by the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Walters’ professional affiliations include the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Northeast Society of Orthodontists, the New York State Dental Association, the Dutchess County Dental Society, and the 9th District Dental Society. In 2006 she was inducted into the dental honor society Omicron Kappa Upsilon, which recognizes members for both character and professionalism.
From providing support to charitable organizations to sponsoring youth sports teams and educating local school children about dental hygiene, Dr. Walters prides herself on her involvement in the community. She makes it a priority to pay it forward and hopes to inspire others to do the same.
Dr. Walters enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Clint Walters, a local school teacher, and their two beautiful daughters, Eloise and Lucy. The Walters clan also welcomed a new addition this year — the family dog, Nitro! Together, they embrace the great outdoors through hiking, skiing, and camping, and simply taking time to enjoy family and friends.
