Upon arriving at Dutchess Orthodontics, you’ll be greeted by our friendly front office team. We believe in creating a welcoming environment from the moment you step through our doors. If you haven’t already completed our new patient forms prior to your visit, we’ll take a moment to help you fill these out. This information is crucial for us to tailor our care to your specific health needs.
Your first visit will include a thorough orthodontic examination conducted by one of our experienced orthodontists. Using the latest in diagnostic tools, we’ll assess your oral health, jaw alignment, and any specific concerns you may have. This examination may include digital X-rays and photographs of your teeth and face to help us understand your orthodontic needs fully.
Following your examination, our team will sit down with you to discuss their findings in detail. We believe in open communication and encourage you to ask any questions you may have. If orthodontic treatment is recommended, we’ll provide you with a customized treatment plan that outlines the proposed approach, whether it be braces, Invisalign, or another method. We’ll also discuss the estimated duration of treatment, expected outcomes, and any potential alternatives.
If you decide to proceed with the recommended treatment, we can often start the process or schedule your next appointment before you leave our office. Our goal is to ensure that you leave your first visit feeling informed, confident in your treatment plan, and excited about the journey ahead.

The cost of your orthodontic treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and orthodontic treatment plan. Our team will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each available payment plan option so that you can make the best choice for you and your child’s smile. We will work with you to create a payment plan that fits your budget, and you will know what to expect before beginning treatment. Our down payments are as low as $500, and we offer monthly payments under $300. For your convenience, we accept most major forms of payment!
Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best orthodontic care whenever you need it.
Our practice accepts most insurance plans. If you have insurance that will be covering any portion of your orthodontic treatment, our office team is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork.
